Spencer Gonzalez - Biography

From Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Spencer Gonzalez got into music at an early age. It was around seven years old that he started hanging around the touring life of his father, the late Ralph Gonzalez. Ralph was a Hired Gun and session player, known for his horns and keys while working with acts like Blood Sweat and Tears, The Guess Who, James Taylor, Reba McEntire, and many more.

Inspired to pick up the guitar, Spencer Gonzalez felt that rock was his calling. Of course, as a true musician would, his father suggested learning the ways around all genres to develop into an elite player.

Spencer Gonzalez's current sound is inspired by names like Frank Gambale, Greg Howe, Santana, Prince, Van Halen, Dan Huff, and Billy Idol. Listeners can hear his exciting take on rock in releases like the album Lix and Trix, and recent singles "NightBreed," "The Last Stand," "Crying Out," and more.

He's no stranger to collaborations, like the Hope For Homeless Hearts album in 2017, dedicated to veterans from artists across the globe. In addition to being on many different artist's albums from multiple genre's of music in the industry. Spencer has worked as a hired gun guitarist backing many recording artists on tours.

Having opened and shared the stage with names like Tim McGraw, Alice Cooper, Great White, Night Ranger, and many more, it's clear there's no end in sight for Spencer Gonzalez.
